Jane Hynes

Jane Hynes is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Public Health Programme Manager and Commissioning Officer at Trafford Council since July 2016. Prior to this role, Jane worked as a Business Development Lead at Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles from November 2006 to July 2016, focusing on wellbeing activities and managing relationships with commissioned services. Jane also held positions as a Healthy Weight Manager at Stockport MBC and as a Community Health & Physical Activity Development Officer at Tameside MBC. Jane began a career in sports development as a Sports Development Coach from June 2002 to June 2004. Educationally, Jane holds a BSc in Sports Science & Physiology from the University of Leeds, earned between 1998 and 2001.
