Gordon Perry

Following his retirement in 2017 after 10 years as CEO of a national housing association, Accent Group, Gordon joined our Board, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in a wide range of strategic housing market and social housing issues, with a specific interest in Governance and Regulation. Gordon also sits on the L&Q AUDIT and RISK Committee.

He is currently also on the board of ARK Housing Consultancy and Trustee and Non-Executive Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Gordon was previously CEO of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea TMO and Assistant Director of Housing at both London Borough of Camden and at Bolton Metropolitan Borough.
