Kris Peach

Kris Peach has worked in the Housing and Care sector for 20 years in both operational and development roles. Kris is currently the Director of Extra Care at Housing 21, a specialist housing and care provider for older people, where he joined in July 2010 following a period working for a specialist supported living provider. He previously worked for Claimar Care for over ten years in operational and development roles, managing and developing new Home Care and Extra Care housing services. Kris also sits on the L&Q Governance and Remuneration Committee.

In his current role, Kris has seen the impressive expansion of Extra Care across the country. As the Director of Extra Care, Kris oversees the management and operation of over 140 existing Extra Care schemes, housing nearly 6,000 residents and delivering over 42,000 hours of care per week. Kris is also responsible for bringing new developments into operation, currently 800 new units of accommodation per year.
