Steve Hughes

Steve joins our main board following his time as Chair of the Social Investment Committee, initially joining in the role in 2017. As Chief Executive of a large Greater Manchester Citizens Advice service, Steve is a leading voice on the issues affecting families across GM. Alongside his role in the Citizens Advice service, Steve is the Cabinet Member for Communities at Rossendale Borough Council. He is Chair of Sector 3 in Stockport and has previously held similar roles in the charity and education sectors.
