Atul Kumar is a seasoned professional in risk analysis and trading, currently serving as a Senior Deals Desk Risk Analyst at Trafigura since June 2020, following roles as a Deals Desk Risk Analyst and Senior Derivative Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Quantitative Analyst at Arya Risk Management Systems Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities involved PJM and ERCOT congestion trading, and as a Derivatives Trader at Futures First, where Atul developed expertise in intraday trading of commodity futures and spreads, as well as analyzing market dynamics and implementing risk management strategies. Atul holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PES University and has a solid educational foundation with a high school science education from Mar Gregorious Memorial Higher Secondary School and GYAN BHARTI MODEL RESI COMPLEX.
