Jamie Tranter

Jamie Tranter currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for North America at Trafigura, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jamie held various positions at HC Group from February 2020 to April 2025, including Portfolio Director for Corporate Functions & Financial Services and Liquid Fuels in North America. Professional experience also includes an Executive Consultant role for Natural Gas, Power & Renewables at Proco Commodities from September 2016 to February 2020, and Executive Recruiter positions across multiple firms specializing in commodities across Asia Pacific. Jamie began a career in recruitment in 2009 at Human Capital and has also worked in real estate finance, along with a foundational role as a researcher in investment banking at Solomon Page Group. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management & Computing from Loughborough University, completed in 2006.
