Moriana Siri began their work experience in 2003 as an HR Manager at Cipriani. Moriana then moved on to Sabre Holdings, where they served as an HR Manager from 2004 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Director for Latin America & Caribbean from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Universidad ORT Uruguay as a Professor for the HR Master program until February 2013. Currently, they are employed at Trafigura as the Global Head of Human Resources since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Regional Head for Latin America at Trafigura from 2013 to 2020.
Moriana Siri earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidad de la República between 1992 and 1996. Moriana then pursued a Master's degree in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University from 2000 to 2001. Moriana also obtained a Diploma in Human Resources & Organizational Analysis from Universidad ORT Uruguay and completed an Executive Program in Strategic HR from Michigan State University. In 2020, they obtained certification in "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" from LinkedIn.
