Erik Forsberg

Erik Forsberg is a specialist in water and drainage systems with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Since January 2020, Erik has been employed at Trafikverket, where responsibilities include managing drainage technology for road and railway constructions and coordinating with various stakeholders regarding water systems. Prior to this role, Erik served as a section manager responsible for significant infrastructure projects, including the Norrbotniabanan and Förbifart Stockholm. From January 2014 to January 2020, Erik worked as a water engineer at Swedavia AB, contributing to the management of Sweden's airports. Notably, Erik's academic background includes a Civil Engineering degree in Environmental and Water Technology from Uppsala University and recognition as a 2017 Xylem awardee for collaborative efforts addressing environmental concerns at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
