Albert Dias

Albert Dias is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in e-commerce and utility sectors. Currently serving as Audit & Special Projects Consultant and U.S. 3PL Manager at Trafilea Tech E-commerce Group, Albert manages relationships with 3PL partners, conducts audits, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet KPIs. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Amazon, leading teams for autonomous delivery systems, and various managerial roles at NYSEG and Eversource Energy, where Albert streamlined operations and supervised large teams to maintain and construct electric infrastructure. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from William Paterson University and has technical training in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
