Daniela Arciniegas

Daniela Arciniegas has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Daniela currently works at Trafilea Tech E-commerce Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they are responsible for full-cycle recruiting and maintaining a record of interviews and new hires. Daniela also actively leads wellness and engagement initiatives for the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. Before joining Trafilea, Daniela worked at Sitel as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist, where they handled full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and managing hiring paperwork. Additionally, they have experience as a Recruitment and Training Psychologist at Provisión Corporación para el Desarrollo Integral, where they conducted psycho-technical tests and presented shortlists to clients. Daniela has also worked as a Social Worker at Alcaldía Distrital de Barranquilla, a Recruiter at Amrop Top Management, and a Psychology Intern at Fe y Alegría Colombia.

Daniela Arciniegas obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also studied Psychology at Universidade Federal do Piauí. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including "What is Shopify?" from Trafilea in June 2021, "EF SET Certificate 69/100 C1 Advanced" from EF Standard English Test in May 2019, "Certificação de Proficiência em Língua Portuguesa para Estrangeiros - AVANÇADO" from Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira in December 2017, "Remote Work Professional Certification - RWPC™" from CertiProf anticipated to be obtained in June 2023, and "Profesional Colegiado" from Colegio Colombiano de Psicólogos - Colpsic in August 2020.
