Jerl Rizano has a diverse work experience. Jerl started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International Philippines and worked in that role until 2014. In 2014, they became a Learning Services Specialist at the same company and held that position until 2017. Jerl then joined Balsam Brands as a Loyalty Supervisor from September 2017 to February 2018. In February 2018, they joined Trafilea as a Customer Care Social Media Manager and also briefly served as a Team Manager in the same department.
Jerl Rizano attended the Bicol University College of Engineering from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BS Geothermal Engineering.
