Tim Murray is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in information technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors since July 2019, Tim previously held the position of Information Technology Manager at Apple from August 2016 to July 2019. Tim’s career in the US Army spanned from August 1996 to October 2016, where various roles included Company First Sergeant and Operations Sergeant, among others. Tim holds professional certifications in Full Stack Web Development from FullStackCloud9 and freeCodeCamp, as well as a High School Diploma from Manasquan High School.

Founded out of tragedy in 1994, TAPS has grown and established itself as the front line resource to families and loved ones of our military men and women. TAPS has provided comfort and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through comprehensive services and programs including peer based emotional support, case work assistance, crisis intervention, and grief and trauma resources. TAPS provides ongoing emotional help, hope, and healing to all who are grieving the death of a loved one in military service to America, regardless of relationship to the deceased, geography, or circumstance of the death.
