Program Management

The Program Management team at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) oversees the development, coordination, and evaluation of various support programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of military survivors. This includes managing peer mentoring initiatives, adult and youth programs, outdoor retreats, and specialized support groups. Additionally, the team is responsible for assessing the impact of these programs, ensuring their effectiveness, and managing resources such as the TAPS Store. Through these efforts, the Program Management team plays a crucial role in providing ongoing emotional support and healing to families and loved ones grieving the loss of military personnel.
