Molly McCue

Molly McCue is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Trail Blazers since February 2014, where responsibilities include the creation of the HR department, development of organizational systems, and strategic management of human resources. Previous roles include Director of Programs, overseeing out-of-school programming and community partnerships, and Summer Camp Director, managing all aspects of summer camp operations. Early career experience includes serving as a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant at Odyssey Community School and as a Community Advocate for Girls' Education with the Peace Corps in French-speaking West Africa. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Critical Social Thought from Mount Holyoke College, an Executive Education Certificate from Columbia Business School, and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
