Stephen Watkins

Stephen Watkins, M.Sc., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in contracting, procurement, and supply chain management within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Contracts at Trail Ridge Power, Watkins previously held senior roles at Catalyze and Aleut Federal, where responsibilities included corporate contracts and P&L management for large teams. Notable past positions include Director of Contracts at PG Environmental, Global Director of Supply Chain Management at IAP Worldwide Services, and Senior Director of Procurement at BearingPoint. Watkins holds a Master’s of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Management from Excelsior University.
