Francesca Moores

Francesca Moores is currently the Product Lead at Trail. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at HonestBrew and Cherryz. Francesca has also worked as a Project Management Lead at 3 SIDED CUBE and as a Project Manager at Redweb.

Francesca has experience in developing and managing product roadmaps, conducting user interviews, and collaborating with other teams to build and improve internal operations. Francesca is skilled in prioritization techniques, such as ICE scoring and the 4x4 matrix, to ensure that the right things are being worked on at the right time.

Francesca Moores has a professional/vocational background in photography and graphic design from the Arts University Bournemouth. Francesca also has certifications from General Assembly in User Experience Design, APMG-International in PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster, and Tarigo Product Management in Product Management Bootcamp.

They work with Gemma Thomas - Head of Growth, Ben Peck - Head of Partnerships, and Chris Barnes - Head of Engineering. Francesca Moores reports to Joe Cripps, Co-Founder & Managing Director.
