Alex Arias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Product Manager at Soluziona, where they focused on commercial development of software engineering products. In 2005, they joined 3GMotion S.A. as a Gerente de Productos, managing business development and product development for downloadable mobile products in Latin America.

In 2008, Alex founded Fundelivery S.A., a platform that provides distribution of mobile content to millions of users globally. Alex also worked at Digital Chocolate during this time, where they held various roles including Vice President of CRM and Business Intelligence, Director of CRM & BI, Senior Manager of CRM, and Social CRM Product Manager. Alex was responsible for developing CRM tools, optimizing customer engagement, and maximizing monetization across multiple platforms for the gaming industry.

From 2011 to 2012, Alex worked at Electronic Arts as the Director of Product Management, Data and AEM Platforms. Alex led a team in developing product strategies and priorities for data and acquisition, engagement, and monetization platforms.

From 2012 to 2017, they served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Omniata Inc., a Customer Data Platform that enables marketing, product, and data teams to optimize customer experiences across channels in the gaming industry.

In 2017, Alex worked at King as the VP of Data Products, contributing to the strategic vision for the company's Shared Tech Platform.

From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Growth at Azure PlayFab in Microsoft, focusing on driving growth and strategic initiatives.

Currently, Alex is the Co-Founder and CEO of Trailblazer Games, a company they started in 2021.

Alex Arias earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2001. Alex then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from the same institution, which was in progress with a pending thesis from 2001 to 2003.
