Katie Gerdon Duryea

Katie Gerdon is an experienced colorist and online editor with a strong background in media production. Currently employed at Trailblazer Studios since January 2015, Katie has held various titles including Colorist, Associate Colorist, and Assistant Online Editor, specializing in color correction, graphical elements, and mastering shows using industry-standard software like DaVinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer. Prior experience includes freelance editing and graphic design at KTG Media, quality control testing for Netflix at My Eye Media, and roles in photography and graphic design for the UNC Campus Recreation department and The Daily Tar Heel. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Media Studies and Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
