Howard Copen, MBA, CHRM, CRME, CHIA, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Trailborn since February 2023. With extensive experience in revenue management and hospitality, previous roles include Director of Revenue Management at Yaamava' Resort & Casino and Director of Account Management at RoverPass, among others. Copen has held senior positions at notable organizations such as Encore Boston Harbor, Boyd Gaming, and Duetto. An MBA graduate in Hospitality and Marketing from Lynn University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Florida State University, Copen possesses a strong educational background that complements a diverse career in the hospitality industry.
