Doug Elenowitz is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur based in Denver, with significant experience in private equity, development, and insurance brokerage. As the Principal and Co-Founder of Trailbreak Partners since 2014, Doug has focused on enhancing investor value and fostering positive community impact through real estate acquisition and development. Doug also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Weifield Group Contracting and previously held leadership roles at EnviroFinance Group, Redevelopment Risk Services, and Brownfield Partners. Doug's early career included project management at The LandBank Group and underwriting at Zurich US. Doug holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science from The University of Georgia.
