Adam Farrugia

Adam Farrugia possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the HR Lead APAC and Interim Global Head at TRAILD, a SaaS company focused on Accounts Payable solutions, since July 2025. Prior to this role, Adam led HR and operations for 99designs in Australia, overseeing a team and collaborating with Vista across various global entities from April 2021 to June 2025. At Xero, Adam held multiple positions, culminating as a People Experience Business Partner with responsibilities spanning across Australia and globally from January 2014 to April 2021. Additionally, Adam held an HR Coordinator position at Southern Cross Education Institute and worked as a Consultive Recruiter at Consultive Pty Ltd, specializing in recruitment for the built environment. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Holmesglen.
