Indie B. Bollman, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Chief People Officer at Trailer Bridge, Inc. since July 2015, focusing on corporate development strategy and implementation in various areas including Human Resources, Marketing, Training & Development, and Recruiting. Prior to this role, Indie held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development, responsible for creating and maintaining a corporate development department tailored to the needs of a dynamic organization. Indie’s extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources and Facilities at ParkerVision from November 2004 to July 2015, where responsibilities included developing HR best practices for a tech firm, and as the Director of Human Resources at Environmental Capital Holdings, overseeing HR functions across multiple locations for a solid waste management company. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, along with completion of the Dave Ramsey Financial Counseling Program.
