Kate Aherne

Kate Aherne is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently serving as the Sales Team Leader and Private Bespoke Touring Specialist at Trailfinders since March 2014, where expertise lies in creating tailor-made travel experiences to long-haul destinations. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Fundraising and Events Assistant for The Vancouver Fringe Festival, developing diverse fundraising strategies, and gained customer service experience as a Hostess and Server at Cafe Crepe. Additionally, Kate coordinated events for Sports Academy International, managing major sporting and corporate event registrations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Performance Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Media & Communication Studies from the University of Limerick, alongside a study abroad program at Regis University.
