Rails-to-Trails Conservancy
Kelly Pack currently serves as the TrailNation Accelerator Program Director at Rails to Trails Conservancy since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly held a position with the National Park Service as a Community Planner for the Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance program from April 2024 until February 2025, when the role concluded due to the termination of federal employees in probationary status. Kelly's extensive experience at Rails-To-Trails Conservancy spans nearly 18 years, with previous titles including Senior Director of Trail Development, Director of Trail Development, and Manager of Trail Development. Kelly holds a B.A. and an M.S. in English and Recreation, Parks and Tourism Resources from West Virginia University, completed between 1999 and 2006.
