Player Experience Lead at Trailmix Games

Aino Kinnunen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Team Member at Mitchells & Butlers PLC. Aino then moved on to Booking.com in 2016, where they initially worked as a CS Specialist and later took on the role of CS Team Lead. At Booking.com, they provided daily leadership to a team of multilingual agents and achieved department KPI targets. Aino joined Seriously Digital Entertainment in 2020 and served as a Player Support Manager for Best Fiends and Best Fiends Stars. In this role, they managed player support and community, drove the development of new processes and tools, and directly managed a team of support specialists. Aino currently holds the position of Player Experience Lead at Trailmix Games, starting in 2022.

Aino Kinnunen attended Lauttasaaren Yhteiskoulun Lukio from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a high school degree in History and Political Science. Aino then pursued further education at Anglia Ruskin University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Writing and English Literature. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Front End Development and Introduction to Coding from SheCodes Workshops in May and February 2021, respectively. Aino also holds certifications in Agile Foundations, Lean Technology Strategy: Building High-Performing Teams, Strategic Thinking, Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Delegating Tasks, Setting Expectations & Assessing Performance Issues, and Managing as a Coach from institutions such as LinkedIn, Udemy, Lynda.com, and Coursera.
