Shannon Ellis

Shannon Ellis serves as the Vice President of Implementation at TRAILS, focusing on developing just communities through the application of Implementation Science principles. As the President and Founder of SE MAGIC, Shannon is dedicated to fostering character, kindness, and empathy in young individuals. Previously, Shannon held various leadership roles within the School District of Philadelphia, including Interim Deputy Chief of School Climate & Culture and Executive Director of School Climate & Culture Initiatives, where responsibilities included enhancing social-emotional learning and improving school climate across the district. Shannon's expertise extends to publishing, with the book "Victoria's Glow Stick" achieving #1 status on Amazon's "Hot New Releases" list shortly after its release in 2014. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Howard University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
