Damen Fletcher

Damen Fletcher is the Founder and CEO of Train of Thought Chess Program, a professional chess education company established in November 2006 that provides a dynamic and inspiring chess experience for students in grades K-12. Additionally, from July 2014 to June 2020, Damen Fletcher served as the Director of Chess Education at Celerity Schools Louisiana Inc. Damen Fletcher is an alumnus of Morehouse College.
