Content Editor, sport and fitness, content marketer, fitness coaching at TrainHeroic

Brittany Kahl has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they began their role as Content Editor, Sport and Fitness, Content Marketer, and Fitness Coach at TrainHeroic. Her role includes leading content creation and strategy for the TrainHeroic coach funnel to draw in target audiences and engage current customers, as well as collaborating with content and digital marketing teams to publish educational and lead-generating content.

From 2015 to 2021, they worked at the University of Denver in various roles, including Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing and Enrollment, Sport and Fitness Programs, Program Manager, Digital Marketing and Recruitment, Online Sport & Fitness Programs, and Admissions and Online Coordinator, Marketing and Recruitment, Sport and Fitness. In these roles, they directed content marketing strategy and execution for online programs in sport, fitness, and coaching, increased brand awareness, generated leads, and grew enrollment by managing the creation and delivery of extensive email marketing campaigns, multiple social media profiles, web and blog content, digital newsletters, print materials, and more.

In 2018, they became a Health & Wellness Coach, Educator, and Network Marketer at doTERRA International LLC, where they operated a small health & wellness direct sales business, connected with individuals, health and fitness enthusiasts, and wellness professionals to build a wellness community, and orchestrated small-group classes and hosted wellness events in order to gain new members and business partners.

From 2011 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Spring International Language Center, University of Denver, and Biking for Baseball. At Spring International Language Center, they were a Recruitment and Admissions Assistant, English Instructor, and Social Media Manager. At University of Denver, they were an ESL Teacher. At Biking for Baseball, they were an Event Coordinator.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Denver Urban Scholars as a Youth Mentor and at Colorado Bright Beginnings as a Bilingual Outreach Assistant/Office Assistant - Volunteer. In these roles, they completed home-visits to both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking families with children between the ages of 0 to 36 months, presented programs provided by Colorado Bright Beginnings to various community groups, and performed various office tasks including data entry, filing, phone-calling participants, assigning volunteers, etc.

Brittany Kahl began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended Colorado State University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies & Spanish (double major) in 2008. In 2007, they participated in two study abroad programs, one at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso and another at Universidad de Granada. In 2010, they obtained a CELTA (Teaching English as a Second Language) from International House Riviera Maya. Most recently, in 2016, they earned an Advanced Certificate of Graduate Study in Communication Management: Public Relations & Marketing from the University of Denver.
