Chelsey Blair has worked in the customer service industry since 2013. Chelsey began their career at MINDBODY, Inc. as an Implementation Coach, where they were responsible for coaching clients throughout the initial implementation of their MINDBODY software to achieve their business goals, and for recommending and helping implement other value-added services available through MINDBODY. In 2016, they joined TrainHeroic as a Manager, Customer Success and Customer Advocate.

Chelsey Blair attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
