Sports Coach at Training for Warriors

Feike Welter is a skilled professional with extensive experience in physical therapy, sports coaching, and performance training. As the Founder of Strive since November 2020, Feike focuses on rehabilitation, CrossFit, and performance training. Additionally, Feike has served as a Physiotherapist at CrossFit Leuven since August 2017 and as a Sports Coach at Training for Warriors. Previous experience includes a role as a Physiotherapist at PeakLevel from September 2014 to April 2016. Feike's education includes a Postgraduate Master in Manual Therapy from Ghent University and Master's Degrees in Physical Therapy from both Ghent University and the University of Eastern Finland, complemented by a strong foundational education in Latin and Greek language from College Paters Jozefieten.

Training for Warriors

Training For Warriors system is a physical fitness and mental training program originally created for fighters by Martin Rooney more than 15 years ago. We have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior.
