Johanna Gillberg

Johanna Gillberg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at Software Point since November 2010, after advancing from HR Manager and HR Specialist roles within the same company. In addition, Johanna has been a TFW Coach at Training for Warriors since January 2018. Previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Assistant at HRD Group/Taplow Finland, a Coordinator in Finance and Human Resources at Sybase Finland, and various accounting and customer service roles at Elisa and Radiolinja. Educational qualifications include an ICF ACC degree and coaching certifications from Coach Companion, a Mental Trainer degree from Folkhälsan, and an HRD Professional degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Johanna also holds a BBA from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Financial Control and Management.
