The leadership team at Training Ground has a long history of experience in the fitness industry. The owner and founder have both worked in fitness clubs and studios, while the area director has worked in sales and administration for fitness companies. The director of fitness programming has also worked in fitness programming and management. This team is well-educated, with degrees in business, kinesiology, and general fitness.
