Aleya Ayaan

Aleya Ayaan is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager at World Academy for Research & Development (WARD) since March 2018. In addition to this role, Aleya has been self-employed as an Executive in HR & Administration since March 2019 and has worked as a Human Resources Executive for Training Industry, Inc. since September 2018. Previous experience includes an Executive position in HR & Administration at WARD from August 2019 to October 2021. Aleya holds a Master's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Queensland University of Technology, completed in November 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Bangladesh University of Business & Technology, earned in 2019.
