In 2019, they were a Field Audit Specialist at ONUG Communications, Inc. and an Insurance Producer at Justin Thigpen State Farm. In 2018, they were a Sales Associate at Carolina Hurricanes. In 2017, they were a Broadcast and Emerging Media Technician at North Carolina State University. In 2016, they were the Director of Game Day Operations at Edenton Steamers. Lastly, from 2013 to 2016, they were a Student Technical Director and Broadcaster at PackTV and a Parking Cashier/Attendant at PNC Arena, where they charged customers to park for events, directed transportation and parking, and organized money and quickly prepared it to take in at call time.

Logan Sims attended Hickory Ridge High School from 2009 to 2013, after which they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management at North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2016.
