Matthew Parker

Matthew Parker has over twenty years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Matthew began their career in 1997 as a Senior Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1999, they moved to ANZ Investment Bank as an Analyst. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd. as a Director, where they focused on M&A in the financial sector, especially in Eastern Europe. In 2008, they took on the role of Director at Eurasia Logistics and Eurasia Capital. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at BG Consulting as the Head of Financial Institutions. In 2015, they began working at AMT Training as a Director and Instructor, where they are currently the Head of Training. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director - Private Equity and Private Company Product Lead at Training The Street.

Matthew Parker attended Lynfield College, followed by The University of Auckland where they earned a BCom (Hons) degree in Finance, Statistics, and Economics between 1993 and 1996.
