Sanil Patel is a seasoned product designer with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Trainline since March 2021, Sanil champions the on-the-day customer experience and focuses on creating seamless purchase journeys. Previously, Sanil held roles as a Senior Product Designer at Trainline, a Product Designer at British Airways—where ownership of the My Account experience digital transformation was key—and a Product Designer at Camelot, leading the digital customer experience for the revamped Lotto game. Early career experiences include roles as a UX Designer at Poke and Amberlight Partners, alongside managing a family business for nearly a decade. Sanil holds a BA in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University.
