Grace Rogers

Grace Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Grace most recently worked at Trainocate Group as the Head of Business Development, where they focused on providing quality IT training programs. Prior to that, they worked at ServiceRocket as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Grace also worked at Housley Communications Pty Ltd as an Account Manager, specializing in Cisco education and building strong partnerships with clients. Additionally, Grace has experience as a Project Manager at Sx3, a Business Development Executive at iWoWSoft Sdn Bhd, and in management training at Renaissance Hotels and front desk operations at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai.

Grace Rogers has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, obtained in 2014. Grace also holds a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Recreation Management from Taylor's University, obtained in 2014. In 2012, Grace started their education journey by completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) / Year 12 in Business Management and Social Science at Taylor's College. Grace then pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, which they completed in 2017. Most recently, Grace obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University in 2020, specializing in Business Analysis and Software Design & Development. In terms of certifications, Grace has achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2023 and has obtained various badges and certifications related to ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and project management from Atlassian between 2022 and 2023.
