Debra Balint

Debra Balint, M.A., currently serves as an Implementation Specialist II at Trainual, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Debra worked as a Client Success Manager at The Process Mavens and as an Onboarding Program Manager for Business Transformation at Imagine Learning. With extensive experience at MIND Research Institute, Debra held roles as Manager of Implementation and Education Success Manager. Additionally, Debra owned a sole proprietorship as a certified massage therapist and Reiki Master for a decade. Other notable roles include Senior Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters, Community Volunteer Coordinator at Jumpstart, and Program Assistant at the University of Florida. Debra holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts - Dance, both from California State University, Fresno.
