Fabricio Pezente

Fabricio Pezente is the founder and CEO of Traive. Fabricio has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on derivatives and structured products.

Pezente began their career at Credit Suisse Brasil in January 2005, where they held various positions over the next 12 years. In their role as Vice President of Structured Products, they were responsible for originating and negotiating derivative transactions for some of Brazil's largest corporations. Fabricio also led a team responsible for calculating the profitability and balance-sheet related costs of proposed transactions, and trained and mentored junior staff.

In 2017, Pezente left Credit Suisse to launch Traive, a financial technology startup that provides an online platform for trading and investing in Brazilian fixed income securities. Under Pezente's leadership, Traive has become one of the leading fintech companies in Brazil, with over 200,000 users and $1 billion in assets under management.

Fabricio Pezente has a Master of Business Administration from the Sloan Fellows Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
