Betty Tio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Betty started their career in 2003 at CERAMET TECHNOLOGIES PTY. LTD. as a Project and Development Engineer, where they stayed until 2007. Betty then moved on to Robert Bosch as a Materials Engineer for a brief period from June 2007 to January 2008. Betty joined Universal Biosensors in January 2008 as a Process Engineer and remained there until August 2018. Betty'smost recent role is with Trajan Scientific and Medical, where they began in October 2018 as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and later transitioned to the position of Project Manager in May 2022.
Betty Tio completed their education from 1998 to 2002 at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Materials Engineering. Additionally, in April 2012, Betty earned a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from Segla.
