Epifanio Payams

Epifanio Payams, EDPNA, MBA, MAM, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Integration at Trajector, where responsibilities include leading the integration of newly acquired entities and optimizing processes alongside marketing and sales teams to grow the customer base while minimizing costs. With prior experience as Director of Puerto Rico Operations at Trajector, Chief Legal Administrator at Veteran Claims Law Firm, and various roles within the US Army, Epifanio has a robust background in operations management and legal support. Epifanio holds an MBA and an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Excelsior University. Notable previous entrepreneurial experience includes founding Starting Five, Inc., along with a history of legal office management in military contexts.
