Megan Strand

Co-Founder & Partner at Trajectory Energy Partners

Originally from Honolulu, Hawai`i, Megan headed east to the University of Virginia for her undergraduate and law degrees. In between stints in Charlottesville, Megan worked for U.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye (D-HI) in Washington, DC.

Prior to co-founding Trajectory Energy Partners, Megan practiced law in the Project Finance Group of Chadbourne & Parke LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright) where she represented lenders, investors and sponsors on the deployment of renewable energy across 34 states, including over 6,000 MW of wind and solar project financings.

Outside of the office Megan is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center teaching a seminar on US renewables policy and project development, and enjoys playing tennis and surfing.
