Douglas Nickerson

Douglas Nickerson has over a decade of work experience in business intelligence and analytics. In 2010, they began their career as a STEY Circuit Breaker New Product Introduction (NPI) Design Engineer at GE Energy. In 2012, they worked as a Graduate Administrative Assistant at George Washington University. From 2013 to 2014, they held various roles at the Washington Nationals, including Ballpark Operations Intern, Monumental Rewards Intern, and Strategic Analytics Intern. In 2014, they joined the Washington Football Team as Senior Director of CRM and Director of CRM, where they initiated and created scoring algorithm to accurately predict Season Ticket Member renewal rate and improved renewal call campaign efficiency by 35%. Douglas Nickerson has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The George Washington University School of Business in Sports Management from 2012 to 2014, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2003 to 2008, and a high school diploma from Tabor Academy. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from General Electric in August 2010.
