Jamie Israel

Jamie Israel has held a variety of professional roles over the past two decades. From 1998 to 2001, they served as Assistant General Counsel at Goldin Sports Marketing. From 2001 to 2006, they were an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University and Barry University. Jamie then held the role of Director of Compliance at the University of Miami from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Director of Amateurism Certification and Complex Case Review at the NCAA. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Data Engineer, Learning Analytics, eLearning Services Consultant, and Associate Instructor (Applied Machine Learning) at Indiana University Bloomington. Currently, they are a Data Engineer at KAR Global, and will become a Lead Data Engineer at Trajektory in 2022.

Jamie Israel has a diverse educational background. Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Miami in 1995, majoring in Music and Business Law. Jamie then attended Emory University School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1999. In 2017, Jamie Israel completed a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, in 2021, Jamie Israel obtained a Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse certification from Snowflake.
