John Townsley

John Townsley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. John is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trajus since June 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Compliance at Avant Healthcare Professionals, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Crane Merchandising Systems, and from 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Managing Partner at Top Performance HR - Human Resources Consulting Practice.

Before that, John Townsley gained valuable experience as the Vice President Global Human Resources at Syniverse from 2010 to 2012, and as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at FARO Technologies, Inc from 2007 to 2009. John also served as the Vice President Human Resources - Americas at Balfour Beatty Plc from 2003 to 2007 and as the Vice President Human Resources at Cardinal Health from 1999 to 2003.

Prior to that, they held significant roles at Danaher as the Group Director Human Resources from 1994 to 1999, and at Emerson as the Director Human Resources for the Hermetic Motor Group from 1987 to 1994. Throughout their career, John Townsley has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organization development, logistics, facilities, and compliance.

John Townsley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising & Management from Murray State University. John also completed an Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School, which focused on executive management and cross-functional business leadership. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications in Predictive Index/Selection Tools from The Predictive Index in 2011, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM in 1992, and Interaction Management- Leadership & Workforce Development from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 1987.
