Todd Eby has extensive experience in Customer Success and professional services, currently serving as the CAP Co-Director for the Customer Success and Insights MBA Program at the University of San Francisco School of Management since November 2018. Eby founded and serves as CEO of SuccessHACKER, a company dedicated to empowering Customer Success professionals, and is an advisor for Trakio, a customer success management analytics platform. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Implementation and Customer Success at Zenefits and Vice President of Professional Services at Five9, where Eby built a world-class services organization. Eby also held various roles at Genesys, including Director of Strategic Solutions Product Development and Principal Solutions Architect, and began a career in telecommunications at Franklin Templeton Investments. Eby earned a B.A. in Communications from Oakland University.
