George Davila, MBA, serves as the Client Services Manager at TRAKAmerica since July 2021. Previously, George worked at Truist as the Default Operations Manager from November 2019 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading, training, and evaluating team members while surpassing departmental recovery goals. Prior to that, George was the Agency Supervisor at BB&T from September 2017 to November 2019, managing a third-party collection agency portfolio and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. George holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, earned between 2014 and 2015.
