Tainá Ogrodnik has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Tainá started their career as a Supervisor at Parmalat Canada in 2009 and later worked as a Cocktail Waitress at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Shore Club Hotel in 2012. Tainá then joined DoubleTree by Hilton as a Housekeeping Supervisor in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Tainá worked at EDITION, where they held roles as a Sales Coordinator and Housekeeping Coordinator. During this time, they contributed to strategic analysis, provided office support, and implemented productivity systems. In 2017, Tainá became a Client Services Manager at JetSmarter, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and provided analytical input for product implementations. Their most recent position is at TRAKAmerica, where they have held various roles, including Director of Business Development and Director of Client Services. In these roles, they improved client performance metrics, mediated client calls, and recruited and trained team members to strengthen client relationships and teamwork. Overall, Tainá has demonstrated strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a focus on improving customer experiences throughout their career.
Tainá Ogrodnik pursued their education in Hospitality Administration/Management. Tainá obtained a Bachelor's degree in this field from Florida State University, completing their studies in 2014. Additionally, in the same year, they participated in the Switzerland Study Abroad Hospitality Program at Florida State University.
