Md. Mahfuzul Islam

Md. Mahfuzul Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. From 2016, they served as the Co-Founder & CTO at Trakti, a role they currently hold. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at eXrade from 2012. In 2011, they were a MSc Thesis Student at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK-irst) in Italy, where they focused on developing a three-objective test case prioritization technique using Information Retrieval techniques. Before that, they were an MSc Student (Intern) at Lero - The Irish Software Engineering Research Centre in 2011. Early in their career, from 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at Code71 Bangladesh Ltd., where they developed web-based software applications using .NET technologies and followed the agile software development methodology SCRUM. Md. Mahfuzul started at Code71 Bangladesh Ltd. as a Junior Software Engineer in 2007.

Md. Mahfuzul Islam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the American International University-Bangladesh. Md. Mahfuzul attended this institution from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the Università di Trento. This program lasted from 2009 to 2011.
