Muhamad Ibnu Sina

Muhamad Ibnu Sina has over a decade of experience in corporate strategy and innovation, currently serving as Senior Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Traktor Nusantara since September 2013. Responsibilities include formulating business strategy roadmaps, managing key performance indicators using the Balanced Scorecard, and leading executive management reviews for strategic project implementation. Concurrently, Muhamad holds key positions such as Corporate Secretary and PIC for various programs, including the Perkins Distributor Excellence Program and Toyota Lean Logistic Program. Previous roles include Project Leader for the Future Leader Summit 2013 and volunteer positions with UNFPA and AIESEC. Muhamad holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Diponegoro University.
